Kinship

Kinship

"The way the kayak seems to merge with the water reminded me of the oneness of creation, my relationship to it and its Creator. There are so many ways for me to sense and be a part of this kinship, this relatedness. Being in nature is one of the easiest ways, and especially for city dwellers like me, one that is easy to forget. I know I need to get out there to immerse myself in this larger-than-life connection…. to be able to go with its ebb and flow and truly be immersed so that I am not left feeling like I am separate and alone, but rather a part of something beautiful, important and vibrantly alive."
